Shipping and delivery
The delivery is made by fast courier delivery services, Monday through Friday, within 24h/48h working hours from the moment you receive a confirmation e-mail of your placed order on our website. During weekends deliveries will be made on Saturdays, on demand, but not during legal holidays. Otherwise, orders places on Friday will be delivered early next week.
The period may vary depending on stock availability or conditions that hinder the delivery, announced by the courier company that KENDAMA SRL collaborates with.
In December, deliveries may suffer delays due to the increased number of orders that the courier company that KENDAMA SRL collaborates with may incur.
They may vary according to the destination, the weight, the size and the amount of the parcel. The delivery tarrifs are set by the courier companies and can be payed as part of the total amount owed at delivery. KENDAMA SRL is not entitled to transportation costs.
Delivery charges and return charges
Delivery and return charges can be subject to change depending on the offers received under contract with the partner courier company or depending on the offers made by KENDAMA SRL , made public on www.kendama.ro.
Transportation fees for any city ranges from 15 to 20 lei anywhere in Romania.
For orders whose value exceeds 200 lei, delivery is free.
NOTE ! After the delivery deadline the transportation fee is borne by KENDAMA SRL for unclaimed and cancelled orders. If the client requests re sending the parcel, the initial fee will be added, afferent to the parcel, on the second delivery!
Payment can be made:
– cash on delivery (COD system).
– banking: if you prefer this payment method, please let us know; a KENDAMA SRL representative will handle all the details (invoice, payment confirmation, etc.) so you order may be delivered in the shortest amount of time. Product delivery will only be made after the money enters our bank account. Payment confirmation can take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours.

TERMS OF RETURN
ART. 9 Right of withdrawal
para. 1) The consumer shall have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a off-premises contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw.
para. 2 ) The withdrawal period referred to in para. ( 1) expires withing 14 days from the the day in which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of contracts of sale.
You can choose to:
1. Return the product in exchange for other measurements or other goods.
2. Reimbursement of the sum that KENDAMA SRL received as payment from the consumer.
In both cases the consumer announces his wish to return the products within 14 days from receipt of the products by telephone or through e-mail, as mentioned in para. ( 1).
If the products are returned in correct conditions (see details below), we will forwarding the desired products,in exchange. The transportation fees afferent to the exchange of products are borne by the consumer.
The exchange of parcels is not limited, the product can be exchanged for any other, while stocks last. If there are differences of amounts, they will be calculated and payed for by the consumer or by KENDAMA SRL, as the case.
For reimbursements an e-mail must be sent to: email@example.com with all the details needed for the reimbursement.
The consumer is responsible for the diminished value of the products, if they show signs of wear, dirt and if they are returned under different conditions from those at reception (defective, broken, etc). In these cases, we reserve the right not to refund the amount payed or a partial refund.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning goods (delivery charge for KENDAMA SRL headquarters).
Returned products will be sent by any form of delivery the consumer wants, we DO NOT accept returns through the Romanian Post! The value of the COD of the returned parcel will be 0 lei . We do not return the amount payed for the courier services. After receiving the parcel, the goods will be verified, and the consumer will receive a telephone confirmation of received products and the reimbursement payment data by bank transfer.
